Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of ordering and will be delivered within 24 hours after baking. Please remember to include your email upon check out in order to receive an order fulfillment update along with the delivery details for your order. DELIVERY PRICING- Local delivery from Bulverde up to 10-mile radius is $5.00 delivery charge
- 11 miles up to 40-mile radius is $10.00 delivery charge.

GIFT BASKETS
Orders are shipped out 1-5 days after your order was placed depending on the type of gift basket you ordered. Please remember to include your email upon check out in order to receive an order fulfillment update along with a tracking number for your order. Depending on your region, your gift basket can be expected to arrive within 1-4 business days after it has been shipped.

**Baby Gift Baskets - Ships out next business day from when ordered is placed
**Gift Buckets- Ships out 2-5 business days from when ordered is placed
**Custom Gift Baskets - Ships out 3-5 business days from when ordered is placed. In the event that a basket item request requires special ordering we will notify you via email on when your basket is expected to ship or be delivered.
**Personalized Company Gift Baskets - Ships out 3-5 business days from when order is placed. In the event that a basket item request requires special ordering or promotional items need to be added, we will notify you via email on when your basket(s) are expected to ship or be delivered.
*Ez & Izzy's is not responsible for any delays in transit, once your package has been delivered to our shipping partners (UPS or USPS).

**Personalized Company Gift Basket** - Shipping cost will NOT BE FREE and will be determined after we have received your order. Shipping rates are based on gift size and delivery location. An invoice will be sent with total shipping cost to the email provided at checkout. Invoice order and shipping cost must be paid in full before item(s) are shipped/delivered.
